FULL CHEMICAL SERVICE
Full Chemical service includes Aircond fault finding / checking by our pros, both indoor & outdoor unit cleaning with chemical (Indoor unit -: cover, air filter and blower ; Outdoor unit -: clear drain pipe blockage & checking of gas coolant / to refill gas up to 20psi {if necessary} ).
It is recommended that your Aircond unit have a full chemical service once every 8 to 12 months in order to keep your Aircond unit at its optimum performance.
30 days workmanship warranty for all services.
CHECKING

If your Aircond has broken down, you will need Aircond technician to do a full diagnostic check on the unit before recommending a suitable fix. A checking fee may be required if the repair is not carried out.
